Tyra L. Hayes

Tyra L. Hayes (nee Justice), 52 of Lorain passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on Saturday, February 3, 2024. She was a loving mother of three. Tyra was a diehard fan of the Halloween franchise, the Wizard of Oz, the Breakfast Club, Holly Oaks, and Cobra Kai. She loved pizza and Coke or Pepsi, playing board games and Bingo, and listening to Fleetwood Mac.

Tyra is survived by her loving children, Eddie, Stephanie, and Shannon Hayes; brother, Henry Justice (Terri); sister, Tera Cuson (Jeremy); and aunt, Teedy Simpson. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward, and her parents, Henry and Jean Justice.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 11 from 3:00 - 6:00 pm at Wyers-Bollinger Funeral Chapel, 2900 N. Ridge Rd., Sheffield Twp.
