Susan Moore, 70 of Wakeman passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021 surrounded by loved ones after a lengthy illness. She was born on April 22, 1951 to the late Frank and Elizabeth Mate. Susan enjoyed bowling, bingo, puzzle books, and spending time with her family.

Susan is survived by her lifelong companion, Stephen Piroch, Jr. of Wakeman; daughter, Carla Bartlebaugh of Wakeman; sons, James and Jeff Moore of Wakeman; grandchildren, Brandon Bartlebaugh and Tyler Bartlebaugh of Wakeman; pet son, Prancer Piroch of Wakeman; sisters, Deborah Mate Bennett of Elyria, Sherry Mate Perry of Oberlin, Kathy Hartwick of Lorain, and JoAnna Mate of Grafton; along with many nieces and nephews.

Susan was preceded in death by her daughter Corinna Moore of Wakeman; parents, Frank and Elizabeth Mate of Oberlin; and sister, Brenda Mate Dolan of Wellington.

A private family celebration of Susan’s life will be held.
