Sondra L. Larocco

Sondra L. Larocco (George), 68 of Sheffield Village, passed away on Friday August 19, 2022.  Sondra was a proud member of the US Army.  She retired from Sales / Management field in her career.  She spent the majority of her life fighting a horrible lengthy illness; however, she was the strongest woman anyone could know. She was never afraid of speaking her mind, spur of the moment activities, helping with the raising of her grandchildren, giving to the community, and helping others.  She loved spending time with family and friends, going to garage sales, bingo, casinos, vacations, and organizing donations for food drives for the community.  Sondra was very adventurous throughout her life. She flew in helicopters, went parasailing, bungee jumping, jumped out of airplanes, enjoyed roller coasters, and raced Go-Carts.

Sondra is survived by her mother, Mary Jane George; daughter, Crystol Jackson (Bill); son, John Czapor III (Amanda); grandchildren, Kayah Bruner, Michael Czapor, John Czapor IV, Desiree Bentley (Daniel), Kaylyn Rogers, Chas Jackson, Brenden Jackson, and Johnny Ragnoni (Cassandra); great grandchildren, Daniel Bentley III, Deacon Bentley, Sophia Rogers, and Liliana Gibson; brothers, Rod George (Jackie), and Randy George (Kim); and sisters, Deborah Borchard, Pam George, Sara Bencic, and Angela Auclair.

Sondra was preceded in death by her father, Duane George; and her brother, Timothy George (Cathy, surviving).

The family will receive friends at the Wyers-Bollinger Funeral Chapel, 2900 N. Ridge Rd., Sheffield Twp. on Friday, August 26 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
