Raymond J. Pilarsh

Raymond J. Pilarsh of Sheffield Lake passed away at his home on Sunday February 21, 2021, just three days prior to his 80th birthday. He was a proud US Navy veteran who served from 1959-1963. Ray was an avid fisherman, having taken many fishing trips all over. He enjoyed watching the Cleveland Browns and Indians; going to casinos especially Mountaineer; and the many weekend trips he took with his wife, Patti. He was always a calm and quiet man.

Raymond is survived by his wife of 31 years, Patti (nee Stewart); son, Ryan; brother, Darryl Pilarsh; sister, Cheryl Brandmeier (Craig); and his nieces and nephews, Charles Grisel, Jennifer Cramer, Dionne Pilarsh, and Dustin Pilarsh.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 28 at the Wyers-Bollinger Funeral Chapel, 2900 N. Ridge Rd., Sheffield Twp. from 1pm until a memorial service at 2pm.
