Mark A Yeaples

Mark A. Yeaples, 65, of Carlisle Township, passed away Sunday September 21, 2025 at Welcome Nursing Home in Oberlin, Ohio. Mark was born September 29, 1959 at Allen Memorial Hospital in Oberlin. Mark was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, and beekeeping. Mark also enjoyed race cars. He trained with the Golden Gloves in earlier years. Mark was a mechanic, welder, and employed by the City of Elyria in the Central Maintenance Garage.

Mark is survived by his brother, John (Melitta); sister, Kathryn (Duane, deceased); sister, Julia (Jim); and multiple nieces, nephews, and multiple great nieces and great nephews.  He was preceded in death by his long time companion, Diane; parents, John and Sandra Yeaples; nephew, Daniel Akers; and brother-in-law, Duane Reinhart. 

Graveside services will be at LaPorte Cemetery on Friday, October 3rd at 1:00 p.m. All are welcome.
