Kyle D. Johnson Sr.

Kyle Johnson, Sr. 32 of Lorain passed away unexpectedly on December 16, 2024. He was a jokester who loved to rap. Kyle loved and excelled at sports, especially football and basketball. He also played video games all the time. Kyle was crazy about his children and considered himself everybody’s daddy. He will be greatly missed.

Kyle is survived by his beloved children, J’Shea, Kyle Jr., Nevaeh, Ni and Ta’Kai Johnson; his mother, Thinethia Thomas (Joseph); father, Calvin Johnson; stepfather, Daniel Jeter; siblings, Loreal Johnson, Victoria Johnson (Anthony Ross), Sheldon Young, Corey Johnson, Jeremy Johnson, Cameron Johnson, and Sapphire Thomas; and grandparents, Leon and Sabrina Scott, and Barbara Scott. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Dolly Gannon and his sister, Dajah Thomas.

The family will receive friends at Wyers-Bollinger Funeral Chapel, 2900 N. Ridge Rd., Sheffield Twp. on Saturday, December 21 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm, with a service being officiated by Bishop Pat McKinstry.
