John B. McClelland

John B. McClelland, 64 of Sheffield Lake, passed away on November 18, 2023 at his home after battling cancer. He was a devoted family man who loved watching his children play soccer when they were younger. He was very supportive of his family and always showed up for them. John was a very funny guy and got great pleasure out of scaring people. He enjoyed watching old John Wayne and classic westerns, and he loved classic rock music as well. Besides his family, he will also be greatly missed by his wonderful “work family” at Brookside High School.

John leaves behind his loving wife of 19 years, Vicki (nee Dudding); his children, Kyle, Andria, and Jordan; his siblings, Sheila Lombardi-Seese, Randy McClelland, Nancy Sherman, Del McClelland, and Darla Buckley; and a niece, Kelli Lallo. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Genevieve McClelland; and a brother, Jim McClelland.

A Memorial Gathering along with a celebration of John’s life will take place on Sunday, December 3 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at the Wyers-Bollinger Funeral Chapel, 2900 N. Ridge Rd. E., Sheffield Twp.
