Jim R. Hollows

James R. Hollows, “Jim”, passed peacefully into the arms of his angels on October 7, 2026, at Reserve Care Ames Family Hospice.

Jim was born May 5, 1958, in Berea, Ohio to Robert and Carol Hollows.

Jim graduated from North Ridgeville High School in 1977. He was employed by Stang Motors, Arch Abraham Nissan and I-90 Nissan for several years.

Jim enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and 4 wheelers. He loved tinkering with his 1976 Volkswagen Bug and being outdoors.

Jim is survived by his wife, Kim Hollows (Rodgers); his mother, Carol Hollows; his sisters, Sue Tipple (Jon, deceased), Pati Able (Dane); and brother, Mike Hollows (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Hollows; and brother-in-law, Jon Tipple.

He will be missed terribly by his cat, Sissy.
