Ida L Arce

Ida Arce (nee Boggs), 73 of Lorain passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2026. She was born in Williamson, West Virginia to Earl and Opal Boggs. She and her husband Leonard have been long-time residents of Lorain. They have been faithful, active members in the Refuge Church in Elyria. Ida loved listening to Christian music. She was a devoted wife and mother who loved spending time with her family and she will be greatly missed by them.

Ida is survived by her beloved husband, Leonard; children, Roseanna Arce and Rudy Arce; and her siblings, Elliehue Moore and Elliesue Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Opal Boggs; and siblings, Richard Boggs, Charlotte Cabassa, and Caroletta Dembek.

The family will receive friends at the Refuge Church, 7942 Murray Ridge Rd., Elyria on Friday, October 9 from 11:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 12 noon. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Lorain.
