Geraldine Blazina

Geraldine Blazina, 95 of Sheffield Lake, joined her angel on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. She was born on February 27, 1928 in Grundy, VA to Alden and Allie Hess. Geraldine lived most of her life in Lorain.  She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was a wonderful wife, mother, gramma and great gramma. She loved to bake and garden.

Geraldine is survived by her son, James Bearden and daughter, Janet Fish (Larry); 6 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Blazina; her parents; all her siblings, and her daughter-in-law, Barb Tarry.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 19 at 11:00 am at Ridge Hill Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, please feed the birds and squirrels.
