Geno McKinney

Geno McKinney, age 60 of Lorain, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021. He was a man who was very passionate about his job, enjoyed fishing, and loved watching DVDs and documentaries. He was the 2018 recipient of the SourceAmerica President’s Award. https://youtu.be/ND2iMYwU84k He was also very proud of his 2002 Windstar Van.

Geno is survived by his brother Ervin (Amy) McKinney; sister, Rachel Lare (Chad); nephews, Steven, Jacob, Michael, and William McKinney; Caleb and Andrew Lare; and nieces, Betsy and Bobbie McKinney.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mellie McKinney and brother Leo McKinney.

The family will receive friends at the Wyers-Bollinger Funeral Chapel, 2900 N. Ridge Rd., Sheffield Twp. on Tuesday from 4-7pm. There will be a private funeral service and burial.
