Debra R Mendosa

Debra R. Mendosa (nee Keaton), 67 of Lorain passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024. She was born in Huntington, WV, and worked for University Hospitals in the Communications Department.

Debra is survived by her loving husband, Perry; beloved children, Chase Keaton and Sarah Santana; dear grandchildren, Adriana, Christopher, Wesley, Kylin, and Carter; and siblings, Donald Lee Tackett (Emily), Judith Fay Tackett Pilarsh (Leonard “Jock”), and Pamela Denise Peck Fitzpatrick

Debra was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Alpha Keaton; and siblings, Phyllis Ann Tackett Evans (Allen B), and Walter Marvin Tackett (Freda, surviving).

The family will receive friends at the Wyers-Bollinger Funeral Chapel, 2900 N. Ridge Rd. E., Sheffield Twp on Friday from 4:00 - 8:00 pm.
