Bonnie Jean Mavros

Bonnie Mavros, 83 of Lorain, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2025. She was a life-long resident of Lorain who loved taking care of her family. She and her late husband George were long-time members of the Lakeview Baptist Church in Vermilion.

Bonnie is survived by her children, Robert Mavros, John Mavros (Erika), Tim Mavros, and Debbie Mavros; along with four grandchildren; her brother, Bill Rieth (Ellen); and her sister, Sande Barnum. She was preceded in death by her husband, George and her parents, John and Louetha Rieth.

The family will receive friends at the Lakeview Baptist Church, 591 Ferndale Ave., Vermilion on Friday, June 6 from 10:30 - 11:30 am, followed by the funeral service at 11:30 am. Interment will be at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at 1:45 pm.
